The Wind is Blowing Really Strong Today

The wind is actually howling today. I get very anxious when the wind blows like this. I’m always concerned about all the trees we have around our property. For the last couple days, it has rained heavily and the ground is saturated, so that makes it even more likely that some trees will come down. The weather has been so crazy lately, all over the place. We’ve had major flooding, landslides and tornados in different places in the USA. Nothing outstanding here in my area but there was flooding at the beach, I understand. How is your weather right now?

A few days ago there was a tornado in Florida where my mom is. It is chilly and windy here in PA and had hail about an hour ago.

Where in Florida. I have family there, but I don't remember seeing it and I watch the weather channel a lot.

@shaggin I'm glad there was no damage or lives lost. Tornados are so destructive.

I would be anxious too about trees coming down all over the place.

Yes, I don't like all these trees on our property. We have already lost a few of them. One hit the corner of the garage a few years ago and another fell on the shed behind the garage during another storm. Some of our trees are very tall and would hit the house or the cars in the driveway if they fell.

@IreneVincent Half the trouble is that the trees become so tall they are difficult for anyone to remove.
