Losing some weight

When it comes to losing weight I have been on an up and down spiral for a long time and now I am getting my butt right back on track. I am 5'2 and like 176 pounds which I don't like. I just want to lose belly fat really and then everything else will follow suit. I want to try and keep my butt and boobs so I am doing exercises for those as well. You can't focus on one part of the area to lose weight from I am going to have to work on everything but I am going to lose the weight and then get started on some toning. I am tired of the way I look and I hope that I reach my goal of 130 by July or August.

dont worry about the way you look what really reflect is your own soul, your nature, your beautiful heart. keep calm..start eating healthy food ,do crunches and the most important thing to keep smile always :)

For ou to lose weight you also need to control your food intake and do a lot of cardio to also lose water retention

I'm trying to loose weight as well I quit smoking about a year ago and put on some weight from it and have had issues to stay motivated to continue my weight loss, what methods do you use to stay motivated maybe you can inspire me to continue myself?

While most people have a problem losing weight, I have a problem gaining some. I'm 5'3" and 112 lbs. I want to be 120lbs. I believe you can reach your goal in July or August as long as you commit and put your mind and heart into it. Nothing is impossible.

You can do it! I think Skinny Coffee can make this plan easier for you, my friend did it and lost weight. exercise is important, but food is critial. You look good the way you are I'm sure you can do anything, love yourself first. good luck!
