Feeling Alone

Has anyone ever just felt like they had noone. If so, does the feeling ever go away?

This will probably sound weird but the best way to get over feeling that way is to help someone else. It could be a little thing. Do you have neighbors you could talk to? Can you go to a church or other place to meet some people? We are not alone. Please believe that, no person is an island. You will do okay, just reach out a little at first.

@BreannXO I've suggested the same. If you don't live somewhere in the wilderness or the desert, there must be people you can contact. Other mothers with toddlers. Where do they go?

@BreannXO I know you will be fine. Trust yourself to know when a situation is right.

Thank you. I liked how you said.. "no person is an island". I need to get out and stop being so afraid.

I have felt that way in the past but I always found that it helped to get online in places like this and talk to people. Just having somebody to talk to use to make me feel less alone.

Thank you. And yes, the online world seems to take away the loneliness of reality.

@BreannXO Talking about your problems online is no solution in the long run. You need real people in your life.

Can't you go out and find women in the same situation? I don't know if you're a religious person, but I'd rather go to a church community than sit at home brooding.

There aren't very many people here. I tried getting out, but it makes me feel more alone.
