So guys I suffer with Insomnia and this last few weeks it's been the worse. I have all good intentions to get my sleeping schedule with 3 kids under 5 and one of them being 8 months old... Sleep is a rarity... But insomnia is my pain especially as I come alive at night, I am more active and can concentrate better. What about you? How's your sleep schedule? Any fellow insomniacs?

Ah I have that to look forward too as well I am sure. My mother had terrible menopause and unfortunately I seemed to have picked up all her health issues.

I fall asleep just fine. Then I wake up about 1 and toss and turn for hours sometimes.

@mayameen It felt like that this morning. I fell back asleep for one hour after waking up at 3. Felt like I should have just got up at 3. No, sleeping is better I am sure.

Getting back to sleep once woken is really tough, I feel you. If we have a lot on our mind this is worse and sometimes just need to write it all down to get back to sleep again. I think broken sleep can be more exhausting then no sleep

@paigea haha I am trying to go to bed an hour earlier every night even if I'm not tired but it's the phone addiction that is the problem. Always so much going on. But prioritising... It's hard I know they actually say it's better to stay awake once you wake

Insomnia is one of the symptoms of Fibromyalgia. I have had Insomnia years before I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. And yes it messes with a schedule big time!

Sleeping is always a problem when you have young children but as life goes on I found sleeping to be easier. I rarely suffer from a night when I can't sleep

Oh you are so lucky. My eldest is 7 years old and I'm still yet to kick my insomnia. I write this at just past midnight, after sipping on a coffee... Are you a morning person Marilyn?
