We see almost any where as FREE on net but they ask for payment somewhere.????

When we watch on the net, almost all sites ( jobs, earn, marketing, business and many other )attracts by displaying " FREE ". When the browsing person goes for details, at some where on that page or other page he will observe that they are asking ' FEE ' for registration. The person who is visiting those sites will be irritated by seeing them. The visitors valuable time and money is wasted. Is this type of displaying ( FREE ) will increase their business?
