It is the first day of the second month of the year. It is Wednesday, no work for me, and it is also the day to get our salaries in school.
I and a fellow clinical instructor exchanged text messages this morning about what time we should go to school. At first, we decided to go at 3 PM, but it is raining here.
Later at 8:30AM, my colleague Ms. CC texted me to postpone getting our salaries because it is "nakakatamad", or it is a lazy day due to the rains.
So, tomorrow, we will definitely go to school after our duty to get our second-quincena salary (mine is 2 days only).
My brother will also be arriving tomorrow so I plan to bring the car at the bus terminal and my son and my sister will wait for him. I will go to the hospital for my duty, at 6:30AM.

not much, my lady. a piece of lipstick, the pair of brown shoes, and the gray bag that i requested for my duty. the other one given 2 years ago is for formal events only like going to church; the new one is for my duty. also, the shampoos, toothpastes, tee shirts and the NY baseball caps.

@SIMPLYD yes, my lady. that is still 'not much', because if it is 'too much', or 'so much', there should be 3 kinds of tubes of lipsticks, 2 bags, a couple of perfumes or colognes, and plenty of my medicines. my meds is just 15 pieces of Coumadin boxes of 3 mg and 1 mg tablets

i agree with you. having rains after a few days of sunny weather washes away the pollution especially if you live in the city where there are many air pollutants in the atmosphere.

@MALUSE we get our salaries at the accounting office, in a brown envelop. usually, i keep it in my pants' front pocket, and i bring it out when i am home. sometimes, robbers can enter in the cubicle where the ATMachine is, and they try to cover the CCTV and rob the person.
ATMachines here have security guards outside the cubicle

@ridingbet Yes it is now. But weather changes fast enough, I mean if you were happy abut the rain, stick around long enough and for the rest of the day the sun will be out, Maritime weather.

it is sometimes 'nakakatamad' especially when it rains, because our school has ups and down and i might get slipped. besides, the personnel might be absent too.
