The defending American League Champion Cleveland Indians have reached a one year contract agreement with former Colorado Rockies left handed relief pitcher Boone Logan on Thursday. The deal will become official when Logan passes his physical exam. Logan became a free agent at the end of the 2016 Major League Baseball when the Rockies decided to let him test the free agent waters. Logan has pitched in the Major Leagues with the Chicago White Sox, New York Yankees, Atlanta Braves and Colorado Rockies since he made his debut in the Majors with the White Sox in 2006.

I do not know what to say, because I really know nothing about American League Championship.

@LadyDuck I see that baseball is not that big a deal in your neck of the woods. Sorry about that.

The Indians enter the 2017 Major League Baseball season as the runners up to the Chicago Cubs in the 2016 World Series competition which is not bad for a team that hardly ever makes it to a World Series in the history of their franchise.

Have to see what the player can do before extending the contract. There's hefty contracts in Baseball.

Is there anyone that hasn't pitched for the Rockies? We'll probably trade Carlos Gonzalez for a washed up middle reliever this year. God, being a sports fan is harder than people think it is.

I know what you mean. It is getting hard to be a sports fan these days.
