so what did you do on new years? I went to Amsterdam with my childhood friends for newyears! We walked a lot . Its pretty nice to rent a bicycle and go exploring on your own. Also Amsterdam has many restaurants from all over the world so you can try out various cuisines. :) We visited the Anne Frank Museum, Heiniken experience also explored through the canal cruise . It was a wonderful experience. was great fun.How about you? :)

@lizzy9217 PLEASE! All this info belongs in the post proper and not in a comment. People want to read it in a post and not search for it somewhere. Your post would also attract more readers if it had more than two lines. But, of course, you can do what you think is best.

I went to a good restaurant and ordered fried rice and chili chicken for my whole family. Also, I visited amusement park. I enjoyed that day very much.

Wow good for you, it was quiet for me even with the fire works. I did watch some new year celebration but that was it.

sunrise
Which new year? Westerners new year or Chinese new year? No matter for me. I did the same thing for both. Went to sleep and woke up. For me the celebrating is in waking up to another sunrise. A year is behind me and another year is ahead of me.
