What is the best and fast way to loose weight?

I am cutting out pop and sweets and I ride my exercise bike 15 minutes everyday. Is there something else that would help loose the weight faster?

Add more roughage food in your diet before eating actual food. It improves digestion and cleans stomach. Good digestion means that all nutrients are being digested properly.

@Katrina3193 Yes fibrous food. Like raw vegetables, fruits. Salad before eating meals

Best you take some time losing otherwise you'll put it all back on. Choose a diet which you can handle for the long term and aim to lose a pound a week. That is - unless you need to lose in a hurry for a specific purpose.

I'm trying to lose some weight too, I think it's good to cut out white bread, pasta and rice. I've switched to brown pasta and rice. You also need to check for hidden sugars in food and also low fat yoghurt has lots of sugar added to make up for the flavour loss of less fat. Good luck :)
