It's not a chick, it's a baby duck. That's the way some people eat, I don't eat the duck much because of my uric problem.

Yes its duck ,i don't have problem with uric but I just can't eat duck with lots of hair in it.

@atoz1to10 yes it comes in different size they have 16 ,18 the 16 size got smaller chick inside,the 18 is bigger chick inside.

I saw a food tv show where the host had it. He had a difficult time with it. I will try many things but not that.
