How Does One Just Lay In Bed

I can never do it. Once I am up I am up. Sometimes I can if there is a good program on and it is cold. Lay under the blankets to stay nice and warm. I am at my friends house for superbowl weekend. I was sleeping in his man cave on the couch. I have a hard time falling asleep at other people's places. This way I could fall asleep to some music. I woke up because it was getting cold and the window was open to let the rest of their cats in. I closed it and hopefully all of their cats are back in. No window bashing as of yet. Tried to go back to sleep, but their eldest cat threw up. Not a whole lot, but enough to make me roll off the couch on the floor. Got up and took the blanket they had draped over the couch down to the laundry. Smoked a cigarette, ate and tried to go back to sleep in their guess room only to just lay there for a half an hour. The little critters under the bed started to annoy. me. Those being the other cats. Got up again and decided to write this. Oh well, I will leave you a tune to fall asleep to. Hopefully sleep better than me also.
