What Makes My Day Happy Today?

I heard this phrase while watching a night prime soap tv series and I found this a good discussion.
What makes my day today?
My answer... it's the hug I got from my children. Jaeden and Lian wanted me to lift them which I did... it's a previous moment. It's a good time being with them. It was such a great moment.
That makes my day happy?
