Classroom Parties

At the end of the day today there will be classroom parties. Kids will open their Valentine's boxes.
"A" will not want to work at all today. She will say "I can't wait" and literally mean it. But she will have to wait.
Off to a challenging morning.

I had all I wanted of school celebrations. The anticipation is a lot for all of the kids.

@GardenGerty I can imagine how busy. I remember I did sub last year on Valentine's. The kids brought in so much food and treats that I put away everything that was packaged so the teacher could dole it out other times.

My husband had to work. So there was nothing Fun unless you count going to Cosco and picking up a prescription and then grabbing one of the Polish and Soda for $1.50 before my husband went to work.

Hubby brought home steaks. After supper he read a library book and I soaked in the tub and read a magazine and gave myself a pedicure. Lots of excitement.

No, not a chance really busy doing things that need doing and that cannot wait. We will party another time when its more quiet for just the two of us.

That is how we are here. Hubby did a lot more than I did, including supper.
