It is our responsibility to keep ourselves happy. We make so much of efforts to make everybody around us happy, when we do so much for other, then this little bit can be done for ourselves. Gershen Kaufman and Lev Raphael suggests few steps to keep ourselves happy. They are as follows: 1. Make a note of anything that made you happy today. At least five things. 2. This has to be done everyday. 3. Place that list in a very special place. 4. When we feel lost or low, to energize ourselves, just read the list. We will enjoy it. Nobody can take our happiness away from us until we decide to let it go. So, don't let anybody take away happiness. Hence for Today- Lesson no: 8 "I'll start a happiness list."

If we do not feel happy, we can always decide to be happy and create our own happiness. No reason to make ourselves miserable all day long.

Exactly. Very well said. I will definitely this statement to people who keep saying some thing in the morning troubled them and so they are not in good mood so they were yelling at everybody around them. Thanks for this.
