Third time is Not a charm

This stuff refuses to quit. Ice. Again ice. Third ice storm in a matter of weeks.
Ice on the roads stops school buses and businesses like Leah's Vet.
We are supposed to go to her Vet to get her staples out then on to hubby's Doc in the city north of Leah's Vet.
We wait to see if the temps will rise above freezing. Meantime, hubby struggles to get Leah safely out for her morning duties. I need to feed the hens but I do not plan to step onto that ice rink usually known as the wooden deck.
Ice coating the roads is just something humans can't beat. Roller skates on cars??

Be careful on your step and driving cars. That is not cool and most accidents are happens on the road If we don't slow down. God bless you all of his Great Wall of protection.

Thanks @Jessicalynnt. We drove in rain and did well. Our side road was still icy but roommate got us safely to our destinations and back.

@Marilynda1225 Me, too. This is the first winter that I have used a cane. The snow has layers of ice on it. Freaks me to have to stomp through as I head to feed the hens. The cane is a have to in such conditions.
