For a change I am just sitting back and relaxing. I have had so much going on in the past couple of moths that I though that maybe, just maybe, I deserved a few minutes to sit, put my feet up, and relax. I am refueling, so to speak. Filling my mind with positive, happy thoughts of the future. I am convincing myself that all will be well with my family and we sill once again see that rainbow in our future. Believe it or not, it is not as hard as you think it might be. I am, for reasons unknown to me, feeling that my daughter will be fine, the doctors will find out why her body is giving her such problems. The brain is an amazing organ. It can control so many things. I have bent my mind into positivity and will not let the negative take over.

That's good that you are focusing on the positives. I'll add my good vibes too. And I love the cover on the coffee mug although I suspect it's a Pixabay photo.

You do have positive days - a lot of them You have beautiful children, a terrific husband, and faith that can move mountains. You are blessed. You just need a day of peace and quiet. I guarantee you will miss your chaotic life within an hour.

It is hard to muscle in time to relax. Most of us don't take the time. Try to get a little me time - even if it is only a few minutes.

@dfollin there was a period of time when I despaired of finding a little bit of time for me. It does get better.

It is great that you sense things will be fine with your daughter. Yes, our brain is amazing and we have more control over our thoughts and life than some think.

I will. Negativity breeds negativity - I certainly don't need it in my life.

Thank you for the prayers. I wonder if it is bravery or survival that makes me try the positive route.

@HazySue Yes I am sure she will once she knows that exactly that she is fighting. She has a lot of love and support and that goes a long way.
