Introducing egg to the babies

Is it good to give eggs to 7 months baby as my doctor said no to introduce eggs to baby upto 1 year.as other doctor said that giving egg to the baby is so good i am thinking that even doc are giving us a confusing parameter ..and i am so confusing to give her a egg or not..

But some other doctor said give egg to your baby ..I am just think that even doc can confused us..
