Demonetisation a blunder or a move

Recently in India Demonetisation have taken into practice by our ruling government. It has been a big move, but as in now no good outcome is seen , it seems to be blunder. I hope things become good.

Every major decision of the Government impacts large population of India. Every decision could have its high and low point and same is the case with demonetization exercise of the Government. What makes you term it as a blunder?
