Dinner is in the oven and it smells so good in here

I have a ham baking in the oven. It smells so good. We are having ham, baked potatoes and brussel sprouts for dinner.
I have the windows opened and there is a nice breeze coming in. Love that fresh air. Outside the snow is melting. It is such a beautiful sight. The snow banks have really gone down today. I am quite impressed. Just a few days ago I thought we'd have it til June. It is suppose to be like this for the next week or more so that will do a number on the snow. I love Spring. Winter is not over yet but at least we can see an end in sight.

@Happy2BeMe. ~I do love Spring, it's my favorite season. Are the aromas of baking ham or turkey in the oven wonderful. The same thing with pies, brownies and cookies.

Yes Judy it does. It will soak into the ground. It is good for it to melt like that then to get rain because then there will be flooding.

Your dinner sounds good. The snow is melting here quite a bit and it will be nice here all week I am sure most of it will be gone soon.

Sounds like a tasty meal, but I suggest you leave the windows open until the after effects of the sprouts has past.

That sounds great, I'm glad that you are getting some warmth there you had way to much snow.
I'm cooking this afternoon too.
I don't have what you've got going, although that sounds great.......what time is supper?
I have a lasagna and a hash brown casserole in the oven.
They will go to our son's place.
He just texted my husband and asked if Mom would do a pulled pork and send it up there so that all they have to do is heat it up-my husband was a little leary to ask that of me, but I laughed and reminded him that I have 2 containers of it in the deep freezer.
Thankfully.......they're wearing me out here!

@Happy2BeMe He has tomorrow off, he's only been there for 2 weeks, but the plant is closed, so he won't have to head back until early afternoon tomorrow. He has to meet with his co-worker who wants to show him the place that we may be able to rent.
I did a pulled pork a few weeks ago, but for just 2 people there were more leftovers then we actually ate, so I froze it.

lol at least you had the pulled pork already made. Lasagna and hash brown casserole sounds good. I am sure they will enjoy it all. What time does hubby head back there?

I roast them in the oven with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

Although our food is quite different from yours, but I also like eating the ham and baked potatoes. I have an oven at home and sometimes I will bake the meats or pizzas. I don't often bake cakes today, but I like to try baking more bread.

@Happy2BeMe It does. I neve had chicken marsala before. I hope it's good. I just have to put my potato in the microwave in a few minutes and set my crockpot to warm until it's done.
