People putting people down

I read comments everyday on women putting themselves down. Us women need to be proud of our bodies regardless of our size our scars what ever our in secuities maybe. We need to lift each other up and stop worrying what others think. My body honestly looks like I have been through the war lmao but I wear every scar proud and no I am not my ideal weight but if someone judges me for my imperfection they don't belong in my life. Our bodies don't define us its who we are as a person and how we serve others is what defines us!!!. ??? Be proud of you and if it makes you feel better to lose a few Pounds do it for you not because some jerk doesn't love you for who you are!!!

Amen!! You are so right! We need to love ourselves. Nobody is perfect we all have our flaws but we need to be less critical of ourselves. It took a lot of years to me to get that point and today I can honestly say that I love me and I am happy and content with who I am today. As the quote goes "Not everybody loves me but not everybody matters!"

True.. it took me a long time to love myself as well.. my husband always says still to this day that he loves me no matter what.. and at first I was like yeah ok.. but now that I love myself I can see why he always said that to me.

Surely it doesn't define us. And surely it will not the thing that will. Complete us. But surely because of our imperfection we see the people who will truly love us and cherish us for the rest of our lives.
