Today I have cooked some rice and cooked yellow lentils. I have also added some quantity of Boneless chicken to give it a bit meaty flavor. It looks yummy. M Do you eat lentils?

They are soft smooth in texture as we cook them completely and pour it on boiled rice and enjoy with spoon.

I tend not to eat lentils, they have the stigma of being a poor persons food.

We didn't grow up using lentils so we don't cook with them now. I suppose we should as I know they are good for you.
