"Retiring" from hausernet

Do any of the rest of you do the mail decoy program with hausernet? I've been inputting the mail codes for 7 or more years. I had to email them several times to get paid for the year 2011. Now I've emailed them lots of times telling them that I was not paid for any of the year 2012. To no avail as I've still not been paid for it. They have paid me for 2013, 2014, 2015, and the majority of 2016. (after I have asked about being paid over and over) What happens is the mail from them comes in, I date it, then it's put in a pile until I take time to input it. Well, my days fly by and for the past year or so when I finally get around to inputting, half of the mail in my pile is past the available dates in their drop down box. I just did that again only this time around it was really bad. I had mail from clear back in December!! I sent them a nicely worded email saying that I need to just retire. I noted too that I probably would be more inclined to make sure it's inputted if they actually would pay without having to be asked. I mentioned how everyone I've chatted with online and in forums etc has the same problem....getting paid. Will I miss the mail? Probably not. I do get magazines--Time, People, Sports Illustrated and Entertainment Weekly, but I rarely even open them to read anything anyway. I think it's just time for me to stop wasting my time and theirs.

It will be good for you to free up some storage space by getting rid of all the stacked up mail too. It will be burden that will be easy to put down.

I have never even heard of this program or company? It seems time consuming. I would be very frustrated at not having been paid as well.
