Yesterday I went with friends to an Asian buffet place. Two parents were there with their daughter. I was disappointed to see that they were more engaged with their phones than their child.
This made me so sad. Do we run technology or is technology running us?

That always bothers me when I see a parent engaged with their phone and their child is talking to them and they aren't even listening. It is heartbreaking for me to watch. They are going to look up from their phones someday and their child is going to be grown up and gone.

I think technology is running me. I love it and take my lap top every where I go.
