Hello everyone and happy Mardi Gras! It is a cold morning here at the Jersey Shore. It is currently 43 degrees F and we are expecting a high of 63. Today is an easy day for me. I have work until 2pm and then I am free for the rest of the afternoon and evening. All I will have to worry about doing is making dinner. I foresee a nap in my future! Haha What's everyone else up to today?

Work and then to my cardiologist appointment. If the weather stays nice I will go for a walk before dinner. Enjoy your day and your nap!!
