Nice visit...

Our friend came by with one of her sons, and they brought Kentucky Fried Chicken for lunch. We sat and gabbed for a while -- our friend's son is in her 20's now, I'm guessing, and I haven't seen him since he was a fairly little kid. It's nice to have visitors over these days--it's a nice break in the day. Today didn't go how I had planned, but I am thankful that we had this detour.

I also had KFC today for my tea. a zinger box meal went down a treat I really enjoyed it. how was yours?

It was really good--we still have some left over. It was a bucket of extra crispy, with mashed potatoes, biscuits, gravy and cole slaw.
