I have a digital blood pressure monitor with me. It is a mistake that I bought it because I do not have the nerve to check my BP - what if it is high kind of a feeling. Today I was feeling a bit heavy in the head and blamed it on my BP or so I thought. I took out the BP monitor and put it back several times, not wanting to know the truth. But I had to know the truth and get rid of this restless feeling. I finally took the plunge and checked my BP and it is normal. That heavy head may have been because of mental exertion. Are you chicken hearted too?

For me it is very essential to check my BP most of the time. And thank God you are okay.

We have this digital blood pressure monitor at home because both of my parents have high blood pressure. One day my dad stopped to use it as he said he didn't trust it. Then he bought the normal blood pressure device and checked by himself

I tend to have low BP. So whenever i feel light headed/not well I check my BP and adjust my diet accordingly.
