Does your phone battery drain quickly?

My iPhone 6 battery has been draining very quickly that it couldn't complete half a day with an average use.
So I purchased a portable battery charger (if you read my previous post you would know that this wasn't a successful purchase).
But then I put my phone to test and used those battery extender apps, then I put a battery saver, uninstalled some apps...etc.
Finally, the one solution that worked for me was to reduce the screen brightness. Now my battery can last for the entire day even with heavy use. So simple but effective.
Does your phone consume battery quickly?

My Samsung S5 can last me as much as 5 days. Sometimes, it even reaches 6 days. I downloaded Batter Doctor app and tap the app every now and then.

@Madshadi It kills unused apps which drains the battery so the battery life is extended. The reason I tap the app every now and then is because apps usually go back to life by themselves as I have observed.

No, in normal use, I can use my phone about 12 hours and that is good enough for me
