My Niece Husband Attempted To Rape Her 13 Years Old Younger Sister

Three days ago we were all shocked when news broke out that our 13 years old niece was attempted to rape by her brother-in law. My niece is the youngest daughter of my brother Fred in Saudi.She lives with her elder sister for their mother left her for another man.She stayed at home for almost 9 years so she is so closed to our family.When her elder sister worked in an office and married her office mate, she was also invited to live with them. My niece stayed with them for three years now and how come he did not feel my niece as his real sister? My niece husband is like a moron. He forgot to think the siblings of my niece he was about to rape so numerous and powerful for there are two lawyers in our family and military and police officials. We are afraid he will be shot to death. We are all in the rage of anger. My niece has able to escape from the hands of the rapist , his brother in law. We suspected that person is taking illegal drug for there is no normal person in the world to do such a crime like that punishable by law. All my brothers and sisters reacted and by tomorrow we want that rapist put behind bars. He must serve his crime, and that attempted rape would be motivated by that criminal's mind and would never stop his dirty mind and soul to prosper his animalistic desire. I hope death penalty be restored in the Philippines to minimize heinous crimes in our country. We are texted by someone that the husband of my niece would come to our house to ask for an apology, then we replied ha??? is that as simple as that asking for an apology for an attempted rape? What if my niece failed to escape from that criminal? he cannot bring back hopes and dreams my young niece aspires to achieve in her life for she will live in humiliations and shame.
