My taste buds are automatically drawing towards slurping something cold and sweet and what better than our own falooda. I do not make it at home but I am planning to go out one of these days to do some routine shopping, more to hog that falooda than really shopping actually. There is a restaurant close by who have great snacks. Falooda has a mixture of ice cream, jelly, rose syrup, basil seeds, sweetened milk and crushed ice. You use both the spoon and a straw to finish it off. First you use the spoon to eat the ice cream. Then you mix the rest of the ingredients and drink it up or use a straw. Don't rush. Take your own time What do your taste buds dictate?

After seeing the photo up there, I want to have a halo-halo. In our country, halo-halo is a dessert for Summer because it has plenty of ice and different fruits. It taste better if there is ice cream on top.

Lassi is also good. Do you prefer sweet or plain lassi?

Wow. I never knew of such a dish. Sounds good though. I usually like something salty, but when I want sweets I like a plain vanilla malt.
