How do you "let-go"?

Can you share what are the ways or tools you use to let go of things that are no longer of use like for example those experiences in the past that have caused you to feel hurt, betrayed, disappointed, made you lose your self-confidence, etc?

I am teying new things and meeting new people and still try to see whats the reason why i need to let go of the past and what is really instore for me. Something like that. Learning a new hobby, going to places i have never been. And meeting different people. Hae you tried those too?

Yes I have. Doing new things or trying new things keeps us present with the moment and let go of the past. Sometimes, we question if we need to let go of certain things from our past because we attach ourselves to them, we are invested in them, right? Its okay to remember stuff from our past and use those to learn how to live in the now and here. However, we also have to be careful not to allow negative experiences to keep blocking us and say "I need to remember this so I won't make the same mistake again". Then we do not really move forward because its like a shadow that we keep carrying with us. Rather we accept the past and then let it go and remember or remind ourselves that all our choices are what we make right here and now.
