What helps you sleep at night?

Listening to the natural sounds of nature that i downloaded helps me sleep.

1. Do not take the afternoon nap 2. Eat at regular intervals and have dinner before 7 p.m. 3. Take walk for 3 or 4 km or do the static cycling 4. Take bath before you go to bed 5. Before you sleep, jot down things to do next day so that you will be telling your mind that you are ready for tomorrow. 6. Meditate for 15 minutes (suspend all thoughts) You will start snoring (if you have habit of snoring).
