Is micro-earning worth it?

After discovering bitcoin I decided to look into different ways it could be earned and came across faucets, I watched a video where someone had opened dozens of windows with ads on them all showing a different faucet. Do the bitcoin earned make up for the paid bandwidth consumed from the ads on the page? And is it worth the time spent reloading the ads every hour?
