I love cooking (but mostly eating). I only get to cook on weekends when I am home in our province. In m rented place in the city, it is just me so I find it is not practical to cook.
Yesterday I made-up a soup using pork broth, onions, potatoes, and eggs. Now I am frying chicken with the sleek pan on the picture, no cooking oil needed. After frying we will put buffalo wings sauce. Yum!
Do you cook your meals too?

In my case since I am in the office at most times, I no longer cook during weekdays.

@Beatburn we also cook that. Kare-kare (ox tail/beef in peanut sauce), my mom's embotido (Filipino meatloaf) and custard flan are my favorites also.
