are media paid??

how many of you think media are biased over a certain side...it doesn't matter whether its a international media or a local media. for ex: if you are an indian, in 2017 assembly level election, times now was completely supporting bjp, NDTV and india today were supporting congress... i am sure this also happens in many other countries as well....any one agree with me??
