In this world everywhere there be a war good and bad.Both be completely dependent on each other. But evil wins when good man go away. Are you agree to me?

If there is not not evil then how will define goodness.For example doctor is considered as god.But there are some doctors not doing justice to their profession. They are doing some inhuman tasks. If good people will not oppose that then evil will win.
