We finally have a contract at work!

They've been negotiating for almost a year which has resulted in us working without a contract this past Sept through now (March). We have a 1 year contract for this year that we've pretty much worked through and then a 3 year contract with great raises each year and decreased medical contributions. It all looks amazing. I don't see any down sides to what we are being offered. We vote on the contract next week and I'm pretty sure that it is going to be passed. If so, I'll be making $72,900 in 3 years. SWEET!
