Good morning.Did you miss me?after that wicked snow storm it crashes out Internet service.Shut down for three days.I miss you all.
With this service being shut down.I must say this was very relaxing.
Got a lot reading done.Writing cards,The sounds of silence was most welcome.
No TV.Cell phones etc.Watch a lot of movies.
Yes the sounds of silence is golden.Now the worst part is trying to get caught up here.The doctor made cancel my vacation and not tennis for two weeks.
We are trying a new med to control my BP.It has been over 202/70
The weird part they ask me if I am short of breath,headache etc.
No to all of them.I will take two weeks of not playing tennis till it comes down.
Tell you more later.How are you all doing there?

Although the storm knocked out your service I'm sure peace and quiet was enjoyable (for awhile). Hope you can get your blood pressure down with the new medication.

I hope that bp calms down so you can play tennis. That was some storm you had. It is raining in Oregon (again).

Welcome back, Mistah Kottah (in best Arnold Horshack voice). Yes, I've missed you! Missing @teamfreak16 , too. Y'all give us warning when you're gonna be away!!! (I know you can't do that: "hey, at 6 PM tonight we're going to lose internet service for three days"...)

Praying your new medication gets that bp adjusted. Staying 'quiet' for two weeks should help you a lot. Stay calm...I was wondering where you were...

70 on the bottom is good, so hope they gave you one that only works with the top number. But no Tennis etc for a couple of weeks. Maybe that will give you more time to come in here and post and take it easy.

Great photo of you. Such a handsome man! That stinks your internet was out but it sounds like you made the most of it anyway :-) We only lost our internet for a few minutes at a time the second day of the storm. My daughter didn't have school for three days. She just went back today.

Sometimes it's so nice to have no sound at all and do other things then you're used to- I took a bit of a break and am back too. Hope your BP gets lower- have you tried taking Magnesium in a capsule? It could help! And eating lots of celery helps too
