Intermittent fasting is recommended for those who want to build muscle and lose fat. Some people think that it is impossible to lose fat but gain muscle. The intermittent fasting method will pay off only if you work out to build muscle, while the fasting state enables you to lose fat.

I think that all of us have a metabolism that is not going to give exactly the same results as everyone else. Some may build muscle faster that way but I would not fast like that as Women are different we need to do look at that kind of thing very carefully and have an expert help us out as to what to do. Really the same goes for men I believe. For me it would have to be something very gradual and just keeping out the foods that do not help us very much in the sense of maintaining muscle healthy.
