Me and a Sinker Are Alike

Yep me and this old sinker are quite a bit alike. I found this guy while metal detecting and thought it would make a good macro. I like that he has the stained and weathered look about him. He, and me as well, have been around a while, but at least we are still here.
What do you think? Has life weathered you? Maybe made you a bit jaded as we get older?

Yes, I am way more suspicious than when I was younger. Cynical, skeptical, etc.

I agree. To advance here in the States seems to be more of a challenge for many compared to previous generations.
