Today was day 4 of the 3rd test match between India and Australia. The day started with India trailing by 91 runs with 4 wickets remaining. The match was almost inclined Australia's way. But brilliant batting from Pujara (202) and Wriddhiman (117) has now put India in a better position. After India took 2 wickets after declaring the innings with a lead of 152 runs the match is slightly leaning India's way. Yesterday I wrote to Judy that Australia cannot lose this match. Either they will win or it will be a draw. But now, India cannot lose the match. Either India will win or the match will be a draw. To make the match a draw the Australians have to apply their best effort. The pitch is not that bad except a few foot marks on the leg side which may become a problem for the left handed batsmen. I am sure tomorrow will be an interesting day whatever the result. Hoping for a tough fight from Australia as they always do, and supporting India to win this match.
