Lettuce for me yet again

Last before I went to church I noticed a kiosk that sells vegetables specially lettuce. But after the mass, the lettuce runs out 
So, last Sunday I tried go there but I saw another one in the bridge that sells both green and violet lettuce. But I chose the green one because it was a bit taller , and replanted a few of them since they have roots.
Then this morning, one of mom's colleagues came by and give us this full size once.
People have often asked if I want to make a salad.They don't realize the vitamins lies within it. I'm actually after the vitamin K more which is good for the bones.

I think vitamin K also helps in blood clotting.

@Letranknight2015 that is why dark green leafy vegetables, though how much i like them, are strictly prohibited to me because they contain vitamin K and this vitamin K is contradicting my Coumadin intake (which is an anticoagulant).

Well, I think this is organic @salonga and I bought it from a farmer who was selling it on the bridge.

That is cool you replanted them. Cannot go wrong with that method. Will always have something healthy on hand.

I had burgers and sodas but didn't end well for me in a healthy way so I go for the greeny foods again @crossbones27
