yes. Democracy 'By the people, for the people, and of the people' shall give more importance to a common man and the parties forming the Governments shall strive to work for improving the lives of people. The public vote during elections to a candidate whom they think would reflect their opinions and requirements and send as its representatives to Assemblies and Parliaments. But, if the same representatives become stooges in the hands of their high commands of their parties and work against the will of the people, indulge in malpractices, misappropriation of public money, fraud, cheating, there is every need to punish them without any pardon making suitable laws and amendments to the constitution. But, these reforms take place with slow pace which is inevitable in a Democratic country like India where the term Democracy engulfs in its ambit, the people representing several communities, castes, religions, and regions following their unique languages, cultures, faiths, and traditions. Such political reform takes time and can not be made in overnight. Sometimes, even if they happen so, they can not remain forever as most of the victims approach the judiciary and take shelter under STAY ORDERS liberally granted to these culprits. There are Politicians in India who are proved guilty of misappropriating the public funds and sentenced to imprisonment and debarred to participate in the elections for 5 years. Is this punishment sufficient for the culprits? The misery is they get as said above obtain stay-orders against their imprisonment and appear in public preparing a ground for their future elections supporting one one political party or the other. There is a law needed to shunt them out of politics, and close the door for their participation in the elections for lifetime, as the public funds embezzled by them in most of the cases are not being recovered fully. It is in this context a Law or an amendment to the existing provision in the Indian Constitution is being felt by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi and he is working. and trying to eliminate the politically corrupt bugs from the Indian politics. THE SITUATION IS TRUE NOT ONLY WITH INDIA BUT ALSO WITH MOST OF THE DEVELOPING COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD AS GLOBAL COMMUNICATION SYSTEM IS MAKING THE THINGS EASY FOR THE INTERFERENCE OF FOREIGN FORCES ALSO IN DETERMINING THE NATURE AND TYPE OF GOVERNMENTS IN A COUNTRY.

True very true. I also felt the need for a law that can ban not just individual members of a party, but even the whole party if they are found to disobey the very laws that they should be trying to protect.
