Hey everyone! Greetings from the sunny and cold Jersey Shore. I got home from work about an hour ago. I got changed into my workout clothes and did some chores: fed the parrot, did the dishes, and did some laundry. Now I am just sitting down and relaxing until it is time to go to the gym for my 5pm workout. When I get home tonight, my husband and I are going out to dinner which will be nice. I've been looking forward to it all day! After this week, I could definitely use a cocktail! What's everyone else up to?

@NJChicaa Well I had leftover pasta sauce. This time, it was perfect and not hard. Delicious! It was easy for seven minutes of cook time. I used Barilla.

@KristenH angel hair usually only needs 2 or 3 minutes. If I cooked it for 7 it would be mush.
