I am not sure if it is appropriate to discuss about other (paying) sites on mylot platform. To my mind talking about other sites (either dead or alive) gives undue to publicity to other sites. If you are on mylot and you like it, better talk about mylot and how to improve it further.
Those who are not in agreement with my views, my apologies to them in advance.

You have every right to disagree with my views. It appears that you work on multiple sites. I agree with you that all paying sites does not serve the same function but comparing the other sites with mylot and then starting discussion on this subject appears a bit strange to me.

I agree with it is not against mylot rules. However, comparing other sites with mylot, on mylot platform appears a bit strange to me.

I agree with you that talking about other sites gives publicity to those sites but if mylot gives freedom of discussion to its users then it means even mylot is not bothered about talking about other sites.

I think its fine as long as no referral links or message me type of deal is going on. And to an extent. Like everyday talking about another site would be excessive.

What you say is right, and needs a . But again if you are thinking myLot to be a discussion site keeping aside the payment it makes, then don't you think we can discuss about other sites and help other mylotters know more about things and can discuss various things and all.

There is no harm in discussing other sites but problem arises when users start highlighting advantages of other sites and in a way start comparing other sites with mylot. One could work on multiple sites, it is his/her choice but one should not critise mylot on mylot platform regarding any feature.

@dpk262006 Thats right criticizing mylot on its own discussion is something which should not be done. Just because mylot allows you to have free discussion that doesn't mean you will start a discussion criticizing the main company. And you will also take money for each criticism that you post.

I think it is alright to talk about it. If it is not legit to pay, it is better for more people to know it. If it does pay, and others shall know about it. I think a real Mylotter will still like Mylot the first. The happiness is far beyond to earning money only.

You are right but in my views there are other ways/methods to discuss about pros and cons of any site, instead of starting a discussion to make comparison between mylot and any other site(s).
