happiness

What really makes us happy?.When I lack something I desire I'm unhappy but even when I get it I keep on wanting other staff and the cycle keeps on going .whats the solution.is it religion,is it love ?

What often makes me happy is knowing that I've helped people in the past and can continue to do so.

Sometimes the little things someone does for us is happiness. Happiness for me is seeing my cats around when i get back home. Spending time with my friends and family also makes me happy.
