What makes a person ignorant in your book?

I do not care how well it is that you are able to speak, If you can only view things from a limited perspective then in my opinion, you are completely ignorant. What constitutes an ignorant person your book?

If someone is close-minded just because they learned to be like this from their parents, school, religious leaders or friends.

I second that. To be closed minded you have to be pretty arrogant. So arrogance + ignorance are deal breakers for me. I couldn't bare being around myself if I was any combination of those two things.
