Sometimes when an old discussion pop up on "my recent activity" or "top discussion" and you forget that if you had replied in that discussion as it's tough to know if you are doing mylot on smart phone , you have to do lots of hard work in scrolling down and checking all the responses.
To avoid it what I do is I don't forget to give "like" on the discussions I respond and that way it's easy for to know if I replied on it or not in the past. 
What you do ? Do you scroll down and check your response if you made?

If we have responded our response comes right on top.

@sjvg1976 Take for example my response to your this post. It was right on top. Just check any response of yours to any post and see where it is placed.

Well, I press "Like" on almost all responses- may be due to an old habit I have since my starting days here of 2008!
But yes, that does helps.

Till now it never happened as such. I am new over here, and till date I haven't forgot the discussions I have replied to, may be after few months I will also have to take up some means.
