Summer Is Here !

For the past days, the weather here in the Bicol Region of the Philippines , has been sunny.
In fact, Mayon Volcano is always again very lovely, showing its majestic beauty.
Though, I have taken a picture of her ( we consider her a girl, and call her Daragang Magayon or beautiful lady) , many, many times at different places here in Albay, I can’t help taking a picture of her last Wednesday and posted it at Facebook too.
This time she’s dressed and with a cap.
Not only that as indication that it’s summer already . Even the mango trees in the vacant lot beside our house , in our front yard and even in the vacant lot also beside the new house at the front of our house is filled with young mangoes.
I am so drooling when I looked at all of them yesterday.
I know, in some places it’s already spring too, their favorite weather. Well, here it’s summer already, that even the water from the faucet is already a bit warm.

My wife's sister told her that the temperature in Manila yesterday reached 41 degrees. She lives in Manila with her family.

Oh yes, in Manila it is so much hotter than in provinces. Maybe that;s because there are no more trees especially in those commercial places.
Have you seen the advisory about the weather getting as high as 40 degrees , especially from 12 noon to 3:00. It is said to be for 5 days starting last Friday.

Mayon Volcano can be visibly beautiful like this when it is sunny.
Yes, there's the Mayon Rest House, which is halfway through Mayon Volcano. Tourists are also allowed to climb Mayon Violcano at a certain point only, when the Philippine Volcanology and Seismology ascertains that it's not on alert level.

Hi my dear. Sorry , It's only now I get to see your comment. I was busy at the office then had to be at our HS dance practice at 5:00 . At night, I wasn't even able to open any of the social media because we go home about 9:00 p.m. already.
Yesterday we had our pictorial for our group though others aren't around yet. We would have made the pictorial outside of our president's house so the background would be Mayon Volcano. However, it was hidden by clouds so the pictorial was done at their garden where we are practicing.
See a sample of the pictorial. My bilbil is already big, ha ha ha

@ridingbet The rubber shoes was lent to me by that doctor batchmate beside me , who has the nicest post. All our pictures have her in that pose , even if we are all not in that anymore. We call it her signature pose.
That rubber shoes has a bit of cushion inside so I like it, though I have to remove it when we were practicing because I cannot dance well with it.

The mangoes we have in our neighborhood are Indian Mangoes. I like the a bit ripe and dipped in "bagoong" or shrimp paste . And I also like it ripe, it's delicious to me, though my hubby and in-laws don't them when they are ripe already.
Is that the variety you also have there?

That is a surely great pic- and I hope this is either a dormant or an extinct volcano, because if it eruots often, it will be something that people nearby won't be liking.

Thank you. It is an active one. It gets to erupt every 10 years or more or sometimes earlier than 10 years. It's better that way, because the said eruptions are not big ones.
People are prohibited to live within the 25 km danger zone. I am not sure if it is 25 or 50 km. The PhilVocs is monitoring its activity every day,. Any major movement would mean an alert level that will be imposed to all people nearby the volcano.

I suppose you are in Manila. I thought, it's summer already. But I was mistaken, because now it's windy and gloomy. It rained also this morning.
So, it's green and ripe for you. I am hands down already with the green or raw one. It's too sour already for my taste.
