I recently heard some folks talking about ordering exotic meats. They mentioned zebra, elk, kangaroo for example. I was kind of put off by it. Would you try some?

Yes, Florida Girl, I would try exotic meats, simply because I don't want to limit myself by only eating the types of meat that I always eat.

I'd like to try some exotic meats, but I don't know about zebra. They look like horses, and horses don't sound like something to eat. I wouldn't mind trying elk and kangaroo though. I'd also like to try things like alligator and frog legs.

@FloridaGal For me it's exotic, probably it's a lot more common down there.

I´d try it. I have tried some bad exotic meats and some very good exotic meats. It would be, to say the least, interesting.

to us, in the states, its exotic because we dont have some of those animals in the wild out here. im sure in other places alligators, cows and snakes are exotic to them. horses are exotic to us also but in a different way compared to those who actually eat horse meat.
