Insomnia And A Binge

I've been up all night and all morning and, now, all afternoon. Got into watching a favorite old tv series and it went into binge mode. Ever do that? Stay at watching something way too long? It's fun but boy howdy how the hours flash by.

I used to do that, watch whole seasons of things, haven't in awhile. Honestly, I cant figure out how to work J's TV setup atm, so.... I rarely watch tv, lol

@Marty1 ......That is why we have to make some special times for ourselves. Time spent with loved ones, or in areas we enjoy.
